Our primary goal when redesigning Hopkins Medicine magazine was to formalize the underlying template, grids and style sheets for a more contemporary and consistent visual presentation that could easily be maintained by Hopkins staff.

York College’s spring magazine cover story highlights the school’s efforts to help students complete their degree instead of quitting college. A second feature focuses on the College’s contribution to the region’s growth in technology firms.
Johns Hopkins Medicine Breakthrough Journal
The summer 2024 issue of Breakthrough, Johns Hopkins Medicine’s research journal, reports findings that patient exams are most effective when there is direct communication. ”’Unfortunately, the most effective agenda-soliciting questions are used least frequently by clinicians.’ The result? Patients leave their visit without getting important concerns addressed.” Also in this issue: researchers at the Human Aging Project aim to dramatically improve life for many older adults by employing high-tech engineering solutions and a program that provides Johns Hopkins clinicians with creative ways to bolster the patient/family experience.
